Outside of the everyday activities like mountain biking, hiking, boating, and of course skiing, we stepped into entrepreneurship and real estate investment. We owned a Bed and Breakfast, Investment Homes, and a Property Management Company in and around Summit County. They have all taught us so much in terms of appreciation, property values, and risk management and watching the trends over the years.
